First time skiing

Charlie and Lauren spent this morning at the White Tail ski resort. They both attended ski school and Greg and I had the morning to ourselves! It's been 10 years since we hit the slopes, so it is a miracle we made it through without any wipe outs. Lauren mastered walking with one ski and Charlie made it down a small hill on his own! Way to go Charlie.

Merry Christmas

Christmas 2008 started at 7:05 am this morning! Charlie was the first awake. Once he confirmed Santa had arrived, Lauren was alerted that there was a horse next to the tree! A fury of present opening followed promptly by Mom and Dad wrestling packaging so secure, we needed tools! Nana, Pop and Uncle Jason arrived at 9:00am, we took this great family picture with Greg's new tripod and had a little breakfast. At noon, we went to Nana and Pop's house for a yummy Christmas feast! Then...on to more presents! Lauren received many wonderful new toys along with a beautiful doll house. Charlie was also treated to many cool new toys, Greg and Pop's favorite was the bat! Merry Christmas and many thanks to all of our friends and family who sent such thoughtful and generous gifts.

Lauren turns 4!

Lauren had a great time celebrating her birthday with Nana, Pop, and Uncle Jason. She loved her presents. She also received a special package from Hawaii, Gram had sent some beautiful dresses and jewelry along with a new doll Lauren named "Honey".The next weekend, she hosted a formal tea party with her friends. It was so sweet!
